MSSFFA's annual Summer Movie Preview returns! Join us as we preview the science fiction/fantasy/horror films that are scheduled to be released in the next few months. Are there any smaller gems being overlooked amongst all the big blockbusters? Will Transformers be the next Spider-Man or the next Hulk? These questions (and more!) will be answered as we look forward to the upcoming movie season. The December meeting will be held on Dember 11, 2006 at the Central Library. As usual, the business meeting will begin at 6:30pm with the main portion of the meeting starting around 7:00pm, with a post-meeting gathering at a local restaraunt TBD. The meeting topic will be "The 2006 Gift Guide for your Fanboy/Fangirl", where we will show off and discuss appropriate (and not-so-appropriate!) gifts for the fanboy or fangirl in your life. As noted below, there will be samples of MSSFFA merchandise available - which do make great gifts! Tell your friends and warn your neighbors! |
